Review of NJ or PA Appraisal Law
Attendees have the choice of attending one of the two mandatory
state appraisal law courses (NJ or PA) which they select at time of
registration.

The course is required by state regulations every two years.
Students will learn about the law itself, the regulations that pertain
to the law including those specific areas noted in the regulation.
